Job Details
Reporting to the Director of Sales, Residential Division you will be responsible for both initiating sales calls and follow up of sales leads to potential customers to achieve desired revenues and targets. You will require strong work ethics, with traits such as independence, motivation, drive and passion. The ability to research and seek out the decision makers in positions of authority to reach our goals, while relaying the company’s value proposition effectively to meet the needs of the client. The ability to communicate, build brand awareness and loyalty within the market place to retain clients.

a college diploma
advanced computer skills
in depth knowledge and understanding of blueprints, kitchen design, layouts and pricing
outbound sales experience is recommend and/or 1-3 year related sales experience/project manager in fabricated stone materials
Specific Responsibilities:
Customer liaison between our organization and the client(s) – first point of contact
Obtaining plans/drawings and prepare quotation and proposal for client(s)
Account administrative duties – Order processing for production
Create and maintain reports – weekly quote report, annually sales forecast report, lead tracking report
Sampling- delivery, set up and maintaining samples for clients
Product knowledge training and education for client(s)
Conduct slab view appointments for clients as required
Attend all sales, production and administrative meeting as requested

Hand Finishing / Polishing Technician - production - stoneworx
This job is primarily performed on the shop floor. It is not an office role.
Job types: Full-time, permanent.
Salary: $18.00 to $24.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
A successful counter top hand polishing/finishing technician at Maple will be working on the fabrication shop floor to ensure the following tasks are completed:
Checking to ensure quality standards are met
Pieces are free from defects
Assembly of counter tops
Polishing of counter tops
Ensuring jobs are completed to shop drawing specifications
Prerequisites
Existing valid forklift license is a significant asset
Previous bridge crane experience is an asset
Previous stone working experience is an asset but not a requirement
Must be able to comfortably lift 35 lbs
Must be comfortable working in an industrial environment
Successful applicants will be provided paid training for the following:
Usage of measuring tools
Understanding and interpreting complex drawings
Cutting, and polishing stone
Assembling of counter-tops
Ensuring quality standards are met

Quality Control technician - Production - stoneworx
This job is primarily performed on the shop floor. It is not an office role.
Job types: Full-time, permanent.
Salary: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
A successful quality control technician at Maple will be working on the fabrication shop floor to ensure the following tasks are completed:
Checking to ensure quality standards are met
Pieces are free from defects
Assisting in assembly of counter tops
Assisting in polishing of counter tops
Ensuring jobs are completed to shop drawing specifications
Documenting, and reporting quality defects to management
Prerequisites
Must have experience in a quality inspection role
Existing valid forklift licence is a significant asset

Subcontractor - Templator
Position Description
Stoneworx, a Granite, Quartz, and Porcelain fabricator is seeking subcontractors with minimum 5 years’ experience templating stone counter tops, islands, desks, vanities, fireplace surrounds, slab showers, tub surrounds, etc.
Qualifications & Requirements
Must have at least 5 years’ experience working as a templator
Must have a Proliner or equivalent measuring device in excellent working order and a tablet in which information can be emailed to and from, and customers can sign off on drawings
Must be willing to travel around GTA and northern cottage country
Must be available 5 days per week and provide priority availability to our scheduled bookings
Must be willing to template all Company client base, including Box Store customers, Builder clients, Condominium/High and Mid-Rise, town homes, Kitchen & Bath dealer clients, and Custom Home private customers.

Estimator - Maple Terrazzo
Position Description
Seeking an full time experienced Estimator (preferably with a flooring background) responsible to compile timely, accurate and competitive estimates. Must possess the knowledge, experience and confidence to engage and professionally interact with General Contractors / Clients.
Key Responsibilities
Interpret blueprints, drawings, site measurements and specifications.
Organize project documents and provide a detailed quantity takeoff.
Prepare Tender Forms and Quotations.
Attend Pre-Bid Site meetings.
Establish client relationships and attend trade specific events
Request pricing from various suppliers / vendors and sub-trades.
Education
Post-Secondary accreditation in Construction Management or relevant field.
Qualifications & Requirements
2+ Years' experience in the construction field.
Experienced in the review and comprehension of construction documents not limited to drawings, specifications and contract documents.
Ability to manage tasks, priorities and successfully estimate multiple projects.
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.

Position Description
Seeking a full time experienced Project Manager to add to our team located in Bolton, Ontario. Must have practical experiences in the construction industry and possess the knowledge, experience, confidence to engage and professionally interact with General Contractors / Clients.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively communicate with General Contractors, clients and project team.
Coordinate material deliveries, installation, and organize available resources to meet project needs.
Expedite quantities to prepare material purchase orders / work orders.
Maintain and promote Maple's health and safety policies and procedures with all site staff.
Review and submit monthly billings, invoices.
Ensure thorough understanding of project contracts, specifications and drawings.
Attend and organize meetings.
Education
